Subcontractor Performance Monitoring
For each project, ACCU Translations sends a general checklist to each assigned resource that includes general project and customer guidelines, reference material, glossaries, formatting issues, special customer requests and other information. Linguistic Quality Assurance, TAC and/or J2450 processes are used for every single translation/localization project. Results are regularly communicated to each internal and external resource. Results are tracked per resource and are reported monthly through ACCU’s KPI mentioned above.
